Committed to the 1% for thePlanet

We are proud to be a member of 1% for the Planet to broaden our environmental impact. Each year, we donate 1% of our revenue to environmental organisations that work to preserve the environment.

1% for the Planet is an international network of companies, organisations and individuals working together for a healthier planet.

Its mission is to increase environmental philanthropy, which today accounts for only 9% of donations despite the urgency of the situation. It was formed in 2002 by Craig Mathews and Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard(our rock star at Gobi!).

The associations wesupport

As part of our 1% 2023 program, we support five environmental associations.

We remain a loyal supporter of Surfrider Foundation, the world's leading NGO for the protection of rivers and oceans.

For the first time, we've become a patron of Faune Alfort and Canopée, which care for terrestrial biodiversity.

In the same town as the ESAT that assembles our products, Faune Alfort has taken on the mission of caring for wild animals. As for Canopée, it works to better protect forests in France and around the world.

Last but not least, to bring about a lasting change in people's habits, we support makesense, which offers engagement programs to enable everyone to make an ecological and social transition, and Bye Bye Plastic Foundation, a new association that helps the music and nightlife worlds transform their habits towards greater eco-responsibility.

Together, let's developthe movement!

To raise awareness and grow the group of patrons, we are happy to take the floor to present our approach to philanthropy regularly: at the Change Now trade show, at the Universités d'été de l'économie de demain, or on Europe 1 radio.

The planet needs us now.
