Quel est mon délai pour retourner mon produit ?
Si vous avez acheté un produit sur notre boutique en ligne (hors Grandes Box et achat pour votre entreprise, voir plus bas), vous disposez d'un délai de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de sa réception. Les frais de port sont pris en charge par Gobi. ✌️

• Que faire si mon produit est défectueux et que la date de rétraction est dépassée ?
At Gobi, we want you to use your Gobi product every day for a long time. We know our products inside out and can help you! That's the Gobi promise.

• Quelles sont les conditions de retour ?
The product must be returned to us in its original packaging, in its original, new and unwashed state. We would be delighted if you could also rewrap it in its tissue paper to protect it during transport!


• Puis-je échanger un article ?
We are unable to offer exchanges or partial refunds. If you change your mind, you must return your entire package and make a new purchase from our online store.


• Puis-je modifier ma commande ?
If you made a mistake when ordering (yes, we know, a careless mistake can happen ;) ), you can contact us via our contact form, and we will do our best to answer your modification and cancellation requests. However, if our logistics team has already processed your order, we will no longer be able to intervene. I appreciate your understanding.


• Que dois-je faire pour retourner mon article ?
To initiate a return procedure, you must complete this form and indicate that it is a request for a return. We will then contact you within 48 hours (on business days) to inform you of the procedure to follow on our platform.


• Vais-je devoir payer mon retour ?
Gobi is responsible for the return shipping cost! Once you have filled in the form, you will be redirected by our team to an online platform to obtain a return slip, all expenses paid by Gobi. This slip will be printed and stuck on your parcel.


• Quand serai-je remboursé ?
The returned product will be inspected upon receipt by us. Once the return is validated (return conditions respected, see above), you will be reimbursed within 14 days.


• Vous avez commandé une Grande Box ou avez passé une commande pour votre entreprise ?
We have a dedicated service for you :) Please write to hola@gobilab.com indicating your order number and the problem encountered. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and bring you the best solution.
However, please note that the right of withdrawal is not open to businesses, professional or non-professional, but is reserved solely for consumers.


• Vous avez un vieux Gobi cassé ou abandonné, et souhaitez nous le retourner pour le recycler ?
Thank you for helping us avoid as much waste as possible! We recover all the Gobi to reuse their materials. In fact, if you're as passionate about the subject as we are, we invite you to read this article. We also take care of returning your Gobi to our ESAT. All you have to do is send us an e-mail to hola@gobilab.com. We'll simply ask you to send them back to us clean, disassembled and without cards (to be recycled) for easier handling.
