GOBI, AN ESS COMPANY
Alongside associations, foundations and mutual societies, Gobi is part of the social economy.
Private-sector access to this sector is highly regulated.
Following an audit of our bylaws, the DREETS (Direction régionale de l'économie, de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarité) awarded Gobi ESUS (Entreprise Solidaire d'Utilité Sociale) accreditation , recognizing our compliance with SSE rules.

OUR COMMITMENTS, ENSHRINED IN OUR ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
En tant qu'entreprise de l'ESS, il est inscrit dans nos statuts que nous avons une gouvernance démocratique, les écarts de rémunération sont encadrés et limités. Nous poursuivons un objectif d'utilité social clair :
- by contributing to sustainable development and the energy transition: that's what our products and services help to achieve: a reduction in the amount of waste generated by disposables!
- by providing support for people in vulnerable situations: since 2013, we have been working with Etablissement et Structures d'Aides par le Travail (ESAT), which customize and assemble our products.
- by helping to inform the public, whether through our communication campaign aimed at raising awareness of the impact of single-use plastics and cardboard, or through our geolocation application for free water points, FreeTaps.
