We've recently received some customer feedback alerting us to the fact that when the bottle is first opened, the seal - a transparent washer - can stick to the neck: but don't panic!
All you have to do is press the gasket back into its seat at the bottom of the cork, and it won't budge again. This is due to the industrial tightening during preparation. We are in the process of rectifying this problem with our industrial partner.

How can I customize my product?
The easiest way: write your first name on the back of the card so you can recognize it at a glance.
But anything's possible with this easy-to-remove, easy-to-replace card... so you can let your imagination run wild! Vacation photos, pictures of loved ones, famous paintings - anything goes.
How do I take care of the product I've received?
All Gobi products have a very long service life, provided they are properly maintained.
The entire range is dishwasher-safe (prefer eco mode, of course 😉 ). Be sure to remove the card bearing your first name before washing - as this is made of paper.
Thanks to the transparency of our products, it's easy to see when it's time to wash them!
If you have received a bottle : leave it open when not in use to avoid unpleasant odors.
